Admissions April 2014-15, FS1 - Grade VII
Admissions for the academic year 2014-15 for FS 1 – Grade
VII have commenced. Prospectus and application forms are available with the
Sunday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 3.30 pm.
Saturday: 8.00 am to 1.30 pm.
Contact the reception. Purchase the registration forms.
Submit the filled in form and the required documents (mention under required documents) along with the fees.
Proceed to the School reception to fix an appointment with the Admission
Officer who will then conduct an interview and advice about Entrance Test if required.
The first day of the new academic session is reserved exclusively for new students. The newly admitted students are invited along with their parents to attend the Orientation Day.
Where the students and their parents are made aware of the vision, mission, policies of the
School and the rules and regulations that are to be followed.
All students in private schools are required to be registered with The Ministry of Education, Dubai. These requirements differ according to the location of the student's previous school.
KG 1 (FS1): 3 Years as on 15th of April
KG 2 (FS2): 4 Years as on 15th April
Grade 1: 5 Years as on 15th of April
At the time of admission the following documents will be required
Admission Form duly completed, which needs to be purchased from the school.
3 copies of child’s Birth Certificate. If the Birth Certificate is not in English then one should be obtained from the
Consulate General of India, Dubai, on their letter-head stating that the child’s date of birth is correct as per his/her passport. A Sworn-in-Affidavit issued by the Consulate General of India is not accepted.
3 copies of the child’s passport with valid residence visa.
5 passport size photographs.
Photocopy of the original Mark
Sheet of the last examination passed in the pervious school for Grade 1 and above.
Transfer Certificate OR School Leaving Certificate of the last school attended.
Copy of Vaccination Record for KG1 & 2 and Original Vaccination Record for Grade 1 and above.
[A] For students coming from Emirates other than Dubai, the Transfer/Leaving Certificate should be Attested by the Ministry of Education of that Emirate.
N.B.: The gap between the date of leaving and the date of joining, should not be more than TWO WEEKS for [A]
[B] For students coming from OMAN, the Transfer/School Leaving Certificate should be:
Attested by the Indian Embassy/Foreign Affairs Ministry and the UAE Embassy located in that country.
[C] For students coming from Gulf countries other than OMAN, the Transfer/School Leaving Certificate should be:
Attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the UAE Embassy located in that country.
[D] For the students coming from INDIA:
The Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate has to be attested by the Education Officer of the Zone/District/Area, from where the Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate has been obtained.
The seal and signature of the Education Officer has to be verified by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Sharjah-UAE.
N.B. : The gap between the date of leaving and date of joining, should not be more than ONE MONTH for [B,C,D]
Also, Please make note of the following:
15th June is the last date for admissions for students coming from other Boards (i.e.) American, IGCSE etc.
31st October is the last date for admission for students from within the country from any Indian board.
8th February is the last date for admissions for students coming from any Indian Board out of the country.
FS (1) & FS (2)
There are no entrance tests for FS (1). However the ward has to face an interview with the concerned Supervisor.
FS(2) up to Grade VII
For all classes admission is granted on the basis of previous school reports
as well as an entrance test in Mathematics and English where advisable,
plus an interview with the Principal or Admission Officer.
